What are your shipping rates and do you ship to my country?
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on each and every order, worldwide!
Where do you ship your items from?
Each of our products are stored and shipped from within a network of warehouses across the globe. Depending on where you reside, your items will be shipped from the location nearest to you, ensuring your order is delivered on time!
How long until I receive my order?
Because we ship worldwide, delivery times can vary from location to location. You can find your area’s estimated shipping window below:
- The United States: 5-25 business days
- Canada, Europe, Middle East: 15-25 business days
- New Zealand: 15-45 business days
- Mexico, Central America, South America: 20-60 business days
Do you offer tracking on all orders?
Absolutely! Within 5-7 business days after placing your order, we will email all tracking numbers to the email address provided at checkout. In this email you’ll also find instructions for using the tracking codes. Tracking information will update and display approximately 8-10 business days after receiving the tracking email.
Why can’t I track my order?
Due to customs and certain carriers, tracking information can take up to 8-10 days to display. If it’s been over 10 days days since you received your tracking info and you’ve attempted to track multiple times without success, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be more than happy to assist!
What payment methods do you accept?

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
After completing checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email via the address you provided. This email will contain your order number along with a list of the items you ordered.
If you do not see this email, please check your “Spam” or “Junk” folders. If you still can’t find it, let us know at email@example.com and we will be happy to send through another!
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours to make any shipping changes! We process and ship orders very quickly so they get to you as soon as possible! If you do not contact us within 24 hours, we can’t guarantee we will be able to change the destination of your package.
Can I add additional items to my order?
Sure! Feel free to simply place a new order and we will make sure to get the additional items to you as soon as possible!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you are able to cancel your order but only if you send an email (with your order number) to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from the time of checkout. After your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If it has been a little more than 24 hours since checkout, feel free to email with your cancel request but we cannot guarantee the order has not already left our warehouse.
